This month's meeting will be held tonight, Thursday, May 25, at:
LYNNDON BOWLS CLUB, 47 GALSWORTHY ST, HOLLAND PARK WEST.
Doors open at 7:30PM. Guests and members of other clubs are most welcome.
There is a $6 entry charge to cover the cost of hall rental and snacks. If
possible, please bring a couple of bottles of your own beer to share around.

The meeting will feature a talk by Ken Wieden about the effects
of brewing salts on the pH of the mash, including a series of
mini-mashes to demonstrate.
