so just re-boosting info about the all-brett stuff i'm going to be giving this one a try with some light crystal malts as soon as i get my hands on the yeast!

Anyone tryed it yet??? I'm thinkin git'd be good to brew now for possibly a few fruity beers in summer

I'm pretty sure either neonmeate or Malnourished have tried it?

i've used brett anomalus which is sposto be very similar anyway. it's quite a mild brett, pineappley stuff quite prominent and some leathery notes but no sourness or barnyard or smokey phenols or stuff. i have used it in some historic stouts and porters and it is surprisingly subtle.
also did a berliner weisse with it as primary yeast and it came out with some acetic flavours, but not sure if that was infected with acetobacter from the yoghurt i used for the lacto component.
try babblebelt for heaps of info on it as a primary yeast
