Are My Slants Any Good

G'day
With the increse in demand for fridge space over the xmas period some of my slants have been left out of the fridge without my knowledge. I found them this morning about a dozen 1968 slants are they F----d or still usable.

How long were they out for? A few days you should be Ok... longer and they may be dodgy.

try and get a starter going and see.

If they are sealed up, they should be fine. Shorten your expected shelf/storage life by 10%. Yeasts will quite happily live at room temperature.
