I may be well out of the ball park but I was thinking along the lines of a partial mash for colour and flavour into a lot of Apple juice hops minimal to give just a hint of bitterness and a lighter malt to give it some body. Otherwise dry hopped to get a fruity sort of light bodied beer.

Thoughts?

Thank you will do some reading.

Graff what a name, hope it doesn't taste like it sounds.

Sounds like a similar drink in Cardiff Wales that used to be served on rough cider and a shot of guinness, called Screech.

Isn't there a craft brewery in Tas that does a beer with a proportion of apple juice?

edit: Two Metre Tall I seem to remember

Name sounds alot like naff. Was thinking of similar just the other day but was aiming for more of a snakebite straight out of the bottle...

Bribie, your screech reminds me of black velvet, which is half cider half Guinness. Mix of sweet and smooth.

Hits you like a tonne of bricks also

Graff - I think it was a fictional drink that Stephen King came up with for his Dark Tower novels. It's been tried a few times now though.

I'm guessing it would come out a bit like a braggot.

I don't think Steffi would appreciate that comment.

I thought we were talking about the Three Billy Goats Graff?
