I decided it was time to get back into home brewing. I had a crack about 20 years ago with very dismal results, but I reckon that was largely due to temperature control. Looking forward to taking a much more methodical approach in my old age.
I've already scoped out the Inkbird / Fridge / Heat belt setup which looks excellent. I'll shortly be asking for advice about equipment, but I guess that belongs in another forum group.
