sorry to ressurect this one, but I felt another thread was probably out of the question.
I was up at Mt Buller on Sat. for a bit of Boarding action and as the lines for the lift chairs at the Village were effing huge we decided to stop in at a bar at the top of the mountain, Koflers, for a bit of light refreshment.
I quickly became sorely dissapointed with the selection available, Heinies, Corona, pure blonde, etc, etc... and VB as the only local with a presance...
at $6 per stubbie... thats (looking for calculator) $144 a slab (choking)...
thats $130 more than it's worth to me...
I had 2 of them (I was desperately thirsy)
I cried myself to sleep...
I learned my lesson....
I didnt go back, I went for the bigger lines...
at least in the village they sold me a Coopers Green for $6:50
