Nah, I know enough to be dangerous and all that stuff is pretty much beyond me at the moment.
I just transferred my malted Pilsener into the keg from the clearing cube an hour ago.
Had a little taste and it's looking much better than I thought.
I think the smell of the saaz hops makes a big difference..
