All Grain OG Question

So I am wanting to make no chill All Grain batches into 15L cubes for storage, then add 8L of water when ready to ferment. Wanting a OG/SG of 1.040 after water added.

Can anyone advise the calculations used and what OG/SG it needs to be when it goes into the 15L cube?

Try the brew mate recipe designer that's what I use, its free.There is a lock your ingredients button, then you can adjust your water amounts your OG and FG will change when changing batch size.

Run it through brewers friend boil off calculator. Have 23L of 1.040... Want 15L... = 1.061

If you create a concentrated wort your hop calculations need to be different as well. I'm not sure how much...
