glad wrap.. im sure stocks have gone up.. I glad wrap anything that stays still for more that 15 seconds.. tried it on the cat but it didnt care for it much, but now he see's the glad wrap come out and he's off.. all kitchen benches and bench boards - double layer, and a clean tea towel, its only like this I dont freak out putting things down and have every confidance of it being sanitary..
Oh and anything I can boil.. gets a good go at that for a few hours too, thermometers, funnels, tongs, whisk etc...
Hands? Anti bacterial hand wash and for peace of mind I can sometimes be seen spraying myself...
Oh yes and NRS in a spray bottle that EVERYTHING gets a go with as well (cat also doesnt like this part of the procedure)
Im sure there is more but this just about covers it... Love your NRS
