Ager's In Hills District?

Hi,

I currently am only at Kit level but would like to gradually move up to All Grain Brewing.

I've done a bit of reading about it but still a little confused about some parts so before I try my first batch I would like to see someone do it.

If there are any AGer's in the Hills District (Syd) who plan on doing a mash around end of feb or in march (on a weekend) and if you don't mind a spectator (or even participator) please email me: [email protected]
