funny enough, i've got a sorachi kolsch on tap at the moment, no hop profile in my kolsch, but what do you expect from a single 90 minute addition ...... very smooth bittering though

I like Sorachi Ace, use it in ales when ever I can get it, not all that common in Au as yet. I usually get it from Niko in the US. Real citrus/lemon hit, nice bittering too.....
