I am thinking of brewing an all-grain wit.
Most recipes call for about 50% flaked wheat, but my HBS doesn't sell this. He does sell torrified wheat and weizenmalz. I think that my local woolies sells rolled wheat.
I am all confused. Help. Thanks.
