I'd be inclined to switch the amounts of ale and Munich.

My Dunkels tend to be around 61% Munich, 32% Pilsner, 3.5% Carafa, 3.5% Caramunich III

Also, I tend to prefer all German malts for Dunkels and other Germans but if its what you have on hand then go for it.

I've also used the S23 in my Dunkels before and they have turned out fine.

I agree on the munich but I only have 1 kilo of munich left. I live in country SA and the closest brew shop is 4 hours away.
 
I'd be using Pils in place of your Ale malt and then it will come out a bit more lagerish. But if you're stuck with what you got, switch on your HLT and BREW !
 
I should turn out drinkable any way, and I just emptied my keg on wensday. I'll modify it when I can get more grain.
