Gday, just wondering if we make 46 Ltrs of all grain beer. Do I need to use two packs of yeast or just one.. It's all in one fermentor of course! We have been doing two packs.
Pitching rate varies with ale/lager/OG etc

With this 46L of 1050 ale needs 24g yeast.
Probably should rehydrate too, but I won't mention that...
