just finished bottling my first brew in a long time , it's a Beligin larger extract (coopers) using a yeast culture from a 4 pack of hoeggarden wit beir the culture was started in light malt 3 days before fermenting and started bubbling away in the first day and took 3 weeks at 22-24 C , I got a FG of 1008 ,bulk primed with 180 g of dextrose desolved in boiling water , most are in glass (330 ml stubbies for convenience) but some are in the PET bottles i got with my kit (present) has a little cidery odor but not to unplesant will start tasting in about 2-3 weeks.
