DISCLOSURES: I have moved house and no longer have a working 30A outlet to fire the brewery up. I will guarantee that the controller works. The voltmeter display on the controller has never worked and is not required for function. One of the 3 temperature probes was not working properly on last use. I will fix the broken temperature probe once you have installed the brewery and the faulty probe is identified. Also happy to help set up for local buyers.
The brewery cost over $10,000 to build. The pre assemebled 30 A controller alone sells for over $6000 with power cord ($3525 US+shipping+tax).
It’s hard to let this go. It has made some incredible brews along the way. I am asking $6900 for the lot which is a bargain for a quality brewing set up. This cost is only slightly more than the landed price of the controller alone.
It will cost ~$200 to have an electrician set up the 30A outlet.
Inspections welcome in Northcote, VIC. Happy to ship at buyers expense.
