Just finished brewing my favourite ale, (Fatyak clone). Almost always turns out very well. After I finished cleaning up, I had this niggling feeling that I had forgotten something. There was supposed to be a 0 minute addition of 12g of Nelson Sauvigon, and 12g of Cascade. What does a "0 minute" hop addition contribute, aroma or flavour? Do you think that dry hopping in the fermenter for a week or so with the same hopps would to some extent make up for my forgetfulness?

Yeah, just dry hop them

Is there also another dry hop addition? If so, just combine them

Slightly different effects but a dry hop will help make up for your forgetfulness.

Could also do a hot steep in a small amount of wort.

Marvellous idea, (hot steep in a small amount of wort) wished I'd thought of that! Thanks.
