    Which Yeast?

    This arvo im doing a partial 0.75kg wheat with a 1.5 kg pale extract then im hopping with hersbrucker and saaz, but ive checked the yeast stock and relized someone tossed my hefe yeast sachets, so all ive got are US-05, and a T-58 belgian. which one would work better in this kind beer?
