oops, yeah, you`re right, sorry! The first was an Export with Wiener malt and Carahell (10%).
The dark one was with Wiener, Munich, Caramunich (10%), Melanoidin malt (5%) and Carafa special II (approx. 1%). I have grounded it and have added it directly into to the mash tun right...
