Yeah, I've read that. So what you're saying is all I need would be the appropriate coupler and disconnects? And find out beforehand what type the brewery use for their kegs.

Which stands for: Possible Stoopid Question-Have Searched-Be Nice  Anyway, I have just converted my garage fridge into a kegerator, best thing I have ever done. Just wondering if I'm able to use a commercial 50L keg in it and what equipment would I need to be able to do it? Would I...

    Salami 101

Guess I have a use for all the room under my house now. But will wait till next year. Have been monitoring the temperature and it hangs around 12c from May and hasn't really budged. Saving for my mincer now. I don't think I could see myself doing 50kg of pork.

Anyway, went for a little drive on Saturday & ended up at Northern Brew at Woonona. Awesome little shop, top service. :) Would have liked to spend a little more time in there but had to pick my lovely wife up from Wollongong.

Sorry if this sounds like a noob question but, when racking into the secondary, is priming sugar still used or just the raspberries are used for priming?

I went to the Campbelltown store the other day and didn't think it was that bad. Why do people think it is scary? The bloke who runs Country Brewer at Casula is a top bloke and is always helpful. The Brew Shop at Peakhurst is awesome. Is that the same as people are quoting ESB? I'm...

    Hefe Smells Like Sulphur

Yep, not that I'm an expert but I posted a similar question a few months back and was told it will go away and your brew will taste exceptional after bottle maturing.

    Is My Brew Cactus!

Just questioning if my brew is not worth bottling, i came home today after work and just happened to stick my nose over the airlock to have a sniff and noticed a slight sulfur smell coming out of the airlock while it is bubbling. :( I used a can of Rapid Creek Lager, two tea bags of Tettnager...
