If you are using sugar the 1.5 Grolsch bottles are equvilant to 4 stubbies. so 1 teaspoon for stubbie 2 teaspoons for Long neck 4 Teaspoons for lrg Grolsch bottle. If you have one of those measurer thinmajigies 2 large scoop measures.

Mine just get washed up with the rest of the dishes. Although I make sure that they get washed first so reduce the chance of any oils cleaned off the dishes, pans etc can end up in the glasses. Even though soap breaks down oil it can only do so much. Besides if I had any other special requests...

You shouldn't have a problem if the gas layer hasn't been disturbed. Take a sample give it a taste & see.. It reasonably norm for it to sit in the fermenter for 2-3 weeks. It will give the beer a chance to finish conditioning itself, this way you are doing it in primary and just not in the bottle.
