its at 20 today and how do i swirl it?

it was just a $14 tin mix from the supermarket with a standard yeast

just wondering if i should bottle my tooheys improved bought from coles had readings of 1020 steady for the last 3 days and have had low temps of 18-20 and it has been going for 3 weeks today

cheers what reading should i bottle at and you reckon leave it nearly 3 weeks

it was 20/1020 is this doing alright its now 12 days since brewed

tooheys improved from coles yes iam a beginner i guess it would be normal yeast for "cheap buy it in a tin"

just checked reading came up as 20 is that 1020 i said 2 before got a bit side drifted still a fair bit off i guess to 1010?

it says 2 beer start here i no that its not ready for bottling its a strange hydrometer and theres a green line for when its ready cheers for the replie

do you think as it has been 11 days that i would go a little longer than 2 weeks to bottle

just wondering if 16-18 degrees is too low for tooheys improved home brew which i bought at coles had it at roughly 20 degrees to start with but the cold weather has stuffed it,also the air lock still works every 40 seconds or so do you think my brew is ruined? <_<

does any have a good receipe on a readily ingreidents from coles or woolworths i like tooheys beer exta dry pale ales and how much it will cost i normally buy this from the brew shops but if anyone can steer a easy good beer much appreiated cheers rawz

i think it could be the grommit it was a ******* to get on even when i put boiling water over it before i put it on it also be what u were saying i will wait for the next brew if i stuff aroung with it ,it will be infected also iam using a wetsuit material and blankets to keep it at a constant...

its a coopers lager in the green lid it had the syrup and gold packet of yeast that i put in at the end of the 19l i just checked the lid and i think that there was air escaping from the lid its a 27l coopers starter kit

i have like a water drops all over the lid there is a frothy white on top still 18c airlock looks like a tight fit still very worried because most people are telling me it needs to be 20-24c i live 1h south of sydney
