    Wanting to get a mix of nitro and co2, Was gunna go 50% 50% but now thinking coming into the colder months, I might go more nitro for my bocks and fully bodied ales. What's a good ratio? Please advise :icon_chickcheers:

    I know fresh is always best, but just wanting some info on storing cracked grain when having too is it better freezing, fridging? Is there a use by date when cracked?

    Best Perfoming Ale Yeast In Warmer Conditions?

    My fermenting fridge has s**t itself for the time being probably for the rest of summer, I'm want too keep putting down nice smooth brit ale's till I get organise again.
