OK. I made about 12 pizzas for the hordes last night. The dough I made with the Allied Pizza flour was better than what I have made with the Defiance bakers flour. It was more elastic and easily worked. My recipe was 1kg flour 63% water (65% was too sticky) 1 tbsp olive oil (give or take a bit)...

Hi Duff If you have files on the machine, get a copy of BartPE, boot the machine from that and copy the files to a flash drive. There are fairly good instructions about building a BartPE CD. I would then try and install windows again. Cheers Pedro

QB I think the 140's are about the right size and easy to move. It all depends how much ice / bottles etc you want to put in there as well. I haven't seen a 80 litre one so can't really comment on the size of them and how many you will fit in there. Cheers Pedro
