When I worked in a winery the used DE for filtering the wine. I cannot imagine it being cancer causing..To my knowledge they still use it....

Do not know where you live but the ESB (one of our sponsers) 3 kilo kits IMHO are pretty good. They come with good yeasts ..Think you can order them over the net..congrats mate..Cheers

Posted yesterday..sorry re delay ...had a bottlen of no 14 yesterday its "drinkin" well now.. no 18 I would leave a couple of weeks.cheers

Mine will be in tomorrow. No 14 is a Belgium bock with about 6 months in the bottle. No 18n is a chez pilsner which was bottled a monthit is ready for drinking...But I would leave it at least two more weeks.Preferably another month.Cheers.Mark

I bottled a couple of crates for a case swap and remembered how much i enjoyed it. Thought yeh should do this more often.. Yesterday I kegged 100 litres in about 45 mins.. Remembered why I still Keg.. Loved it. Cheers.

I searched Ebay and started of with a commercial Kegerator and 3 Kegs all for $500. Really pleasedwith it (got a few more kegs now) It is a good way to start I reckon..
