    Tell you what, Ive brewed beers during heatwaves in a little fibro house with no fan or air conditioning and NEVER had a brew go over 30c.     Longer Bottle Time For Toucan?

    Hey guys, ive just got a quick question. Does toucan beer, or even just using liquid malt, need more time in the bottle to mature than using sugar? My first toucan has been bottled for 2 weeks, and im not sure if it didnt turn out right or needs more time.
