Hey Batz, Been a lot of change at "Casa Di Lamberti" and "Big D's Brewery" some good and some bad. I have my "Obese Bison" just about down pat now, Took a bottle to a mate at work then taught to brew the next week. Garage and Brewery has been completely re-arranged, lot more user friendly. D.

AFAIK it should have read to keep the bottle upright as to avoid liquid CO2 entering the gauges. You should be right to rotate them to any position that suits you.

Not getting out of the Game. I have collected 21 x full and 1 x half size keg. 9 too many in my book. Will use the funds too finish my Bar.

Just had a look in the brewery and counted the number of kegs not in use. Have 9 kegs in excess of requirements. All are in working order and have been used by myself. No leaks, Standard dents and dings. All Ball lock. $55 for 1 $50 each for 3 or more. Shailer Park or Wilston collection.

I have cider on tap always. Blackrock Cider kit. 2kg white sugar. Kit yeast. Make up to 20.5lt Ferment at 18 deg for 12 days. Chill for 2 days. Then keg. Enjoyed by many. Including at Qld Case swap meets.
