They work well if you keep your kegs on ice/chilled, especially in November. You are also meant to drain the water out of the esky and keep topping up with ice when using the aluminum plates. I prefer the coils that Keg King have stopped selling but thats a different story ;)

I'm a qualified boilermaker/welder, I'd advise against trying to weld a thick walled fitting to a "1mm" pot unless you really know what you are doing.

I haven't had any issues with the 5mmx8mm tube, but have had issues with the joiners.

I found the coils to work better than the chiller plates but they have been discontinued according to the KK website. Agree with the quality of Andale's stuff though. Not comparable imo, never had any issues with their stuff.

Never said they didn't cost me, only that they aren't being used. Perlick website has the FOBs for $150-$160USD? I'd be jumping on the ones you found for $130 if I was you!

Sorry you think that, just went off what Andale quoted me for the couplers with snaplok fittings which were $180 Everything else is under half RRP. Also said open to offers in original post.
