Im not saying unheard of, but first time I've heard of a home brewer that has six on the go at once. Two, maybe three............but six ??

Do you have a fermenter fridge? Nothing should get in that. If not I recommend you invest in one.

They've been out for many years from memory, so not really new style. I use them. Very convenient I think, especially when cold crashing, you dont have to think twice about suck back. I've never had any issues. I used to pressure ferment but gave that up as a PITA. Went back to using Coopers...

One thing I love about Brew Father is the countless recipes in every style imaginable. Does Beer Smith have this I wouldnt know, I've never used it.

Ive found using Gladfield Gladiator Malt in my all grains has helped quite a bit. You can use it in your extract brews as you would Carapils. Ive found the Gladiator Malt to be much more effective than Carapils, not sure why, but it is.

1031. You just shouldnt bottle at that reading. Obviously a stuck fermentation.

You would have to say lagers improve with months of lagering.

Sorry mate thats fuggles in the hop stand. You can miss that step if you like, but i just wanted some English earthiness in the beer.

Thats my own recipe, the only reason for the pale base malt is because its all i have.

3 brews planned for this week. Stout of around 8%. A basic Wheat beer, 50% wheat 50% pilsner. And a Pilsner, hopped with Saaz. Looking forward to it.
