Visiting the end of September with the family.

I am off to Japan later in the year and keen to check out a few decent local breweries. Has anyone travelled over there recently and checked out any breweries? I am keen to check out Baird.

Can someone let me know the best way to re-use a previous yeast? I kept the yeast from my last brew (in a sanitised beer bottle) and wish to re-use it. Can I place the recyled yeast straight into the fermenter or should I do a yeast starter? Will the yeast work if I put it straight in the...

Thanks Raven. I think they should be dried enough and I with dry hop them in my current batch of lager in the fermenter.
