    New Software Requirements

Another option if you don't want to use a dedecated PC .. this device is a stand-alone web sever with analog and digital I/O: http://www.oceancontrols.com.au/data_acqui...m/netiom_io.htm I used one in a project a while ago; it was pretty straight forward to program it and was cool to be able to...

Looking For Quick Ideas Re: Break

The old "stocking filter" method works for me, if I can be bothered. .. alternatively, just don't worry about it. It settles in the fermentor.

Where Do I Get Good Beer Glasses?

Have a chat to your local publican. Chances are he'll sell you a few, if not give them to you if you're a good customer.

    Cheap March Pumps On Ebay.

Sammus, mine's the same model number: 957-001-01. I think they may have been made as a "special order", due to the fact that the model number is 01/01 and does not appear in their catalog, and also that the cable has terminal connections in lue of a plugtop.

Shit, I better get those "new" kegs out of sight!

    Cheap March Pumps On Ebay.

I bought one a few weeks ago. Works fine, but you do have to attach your own plug to the cable (as someone else also found out!). It is magnetic drive and is in fact a genuine "March" brand pump. I belive the plastic is a high-temp material, suitable for food, but not the common food-grade...

    My Brewery Pictures

Well done Shawn. I love the way that you have got everything on the cheap; I can really relate to it! It's so much more satifying when you can utilise something you've got for nothing, or a real low price. Cheers

    Freezer Conversion With A Difference

QRS - It's a 510L freezer - can actually hold 11 kegs! KGB - Using an old modem power supply for the fan, as I has it laying in my desk. Lid is actually not to badly balanced. Bit heavier than normal, but easily stays open by itself. Yes, your right about hitting the back wall if its too close...

Celli Taps - Chrome Vs Stainless

Hey Spaz, Can't comment on the chrome, but I reckon the stainless is a safe bet. I got a couple of the early gold ones a year (probably more) ago, and the gold is starting to come off (sorry Ross) where they dip into the glass. Bought a couple of new goldies recently just to match the old ones...

Razz, cylinder came from Greensborough Home Brew shop. He still has them at that price, but I guess it's a long way from Hastings! Cheers

    Freezer Conversion With A Difference

Thanks guys for your kind complements. Doc - 8 kegs / 4 taps - coz one of the main drivers for me in this project was to have a backup brew, ready to go on tap in case I run out mid-session.. So now I have 4 different brews on tap, and a backup of each one gassing at the same time! Great! Eh...
