Finally cracked my first ag biab tonight. It was 4800 tf perle ale malt, 200gms caramunich 1, POR to 30 IBU's 23 litres into fermenter and saf us 05 at 19 with polycar after 2 days crash chilling then 2 days later to bottle.Absolutely fantastic taste with a hint of malt and a light bitterness...
