was trawling youtube for things to try and these couple caught my attention. its about cutting a wine bottle and for the most of it, making it into a glass i remember seeing a infomercial about something similair years ago when i was a kid. Now i know the idea of a good beer...
i did my first ginger beer with this method about 3 weeks ago, worked great and i was able to smell the fermenting process alot better than sniffing at the airlock.
if its a brigalow can. mine did the same thing, i bottled mine as per the instructions, didn't reduce the priming sugar at all. and it turned out fine.

at the moment i have 2 fermenters but will be losing 1 when i move out so im after a fermenter for primary (i want to try and keep 2 full) and something for racking and bulk priming. Cospack have some very nice containers but i think they are fairly expensive.
