    My Kegerator... Almost Finished

I'm in the final stages of getting my kegerator up and running. As unbelievable as it may seem, I'm putting 5 kegs in an upright 420 L fridge. I just needed a few modifications: When I first started using this fridge I managed three kegs with the gas bottle inside. It was a few quick...

Help Needed - Keg Fittings Jammed

I have this happen a fair amount. I typically use a pair of vice grips. I put them under lip and pry. It usually pops up. Keep the vice grips close to the post so that it doesn't muck up your quick release.

    Strawberry Cider

Damn woman harps about me brewing beer then asks (really nicely ...odd) if I can make her a strawberry cider like the one she just had in London. Any recipes out there?

    Ingredients For A Porter

I'm so jealous of people that can just run down to the corner store and pick up a smack pack. I have to mail them in.... Anyone got a clone for Breckenridge Vanilla Porter? Sometimes I lay awake at night dreaming of Breckenridge Vanilla Porter...

    Pushing Beer

...pushing 4mm beer line over the 6mm-ish barbed end of a keg quick connect is roughly the same as trying to put a condom on a school bus

    Pushing Beer

Something seems off. 4mm line x 1.7 meters vs 6mm line x 6.5 meters. Is there really that much disparity between 2mm?

    Pushing Beer

more above but I'm currently using 1m x 10mm line with bronco taps. Anything over 20 is Foamasaurus Rex (that *******!) I just want to get the setup right for my kegerator at this point. Considering I'll primarily be doing ales I'm going to shoot for about a 10 C fridge. I've got 6mm beer...

    Pushing Beer

More below but currently, I'm using some stuff my friend gave me before he left. 1m of 10mm line with bronco taps. Cheap but not good for sure....

    Pushing Beer

Excellent article! Thanks! Let me know when you get that Leffe clone done. That's good stuff... Anyone seen a Schneider weiss or Franziskaner clone?

    Pushing Beer

At the moment, I'm using about a meter of 10mm line and bronco taps (got them from a friend here who used to brew) and it is a bad solution but I'm building a kegerator with 6mm line (I haven't cut the line yet) and stainless steel micromatic fridge fonts. I'd prefer to get it right in the...

    Pushing Beer

To all my wonderful been-there-failed-miserably-found-a-solution-and-fixed-the-problem friends out there... I'm having a major issuing with pushing beer. I'm in the process of getting the materials to finish my kegerator but I'm having some pretty consistent problems with maintaining good push...

    White Rabbit Dark Ale Clone

I tried the dark ale at the brewery in Melbourne this past weekend. Fabulous brew. Brought home a six since the idea of beer in Alice Springs tends to be recycled VB (as in "pissed back into the bottle and sold") and thought making my own might be the go. Not sure on the grains used but one of...
