I just bought an Inkbird 308 temp controller. I would like to know how I go about using it with a fridge or freezer to maintain correct fermentation temps. Eg, if I want to keep it at 18degrees how do I do this? I live in SW WA.
Any hints would be most appreciated.

I live in southwest WA and am about to have a go at my first beer. In the reading I have done, it is telling me to keep my fermentation temps at 18C. My day time temps at the moment are averaging 15 - 18C and nights are down below ten.
Any pointers would go to a happy home!

I received the following water quality report from the WaterCorp in WA. Can anyone tell me which of these areas I need to deal with in regards to brewing pale ales and whether I need to treat it for any brewing I do?
