    Yea, i had a 50% barley 30% rye 20% wheat that dropped dead bright after a week in the keg with some gelatine. I never tried it befor it was clear, so not sure what flavour effect was. I usually find a kristal has a crisper, dryer finish than a hefe. I think i prefer a nice cloudy hefeweizen
