Nice work hawko, I am almost finished making my 'Electric Brewery' too, very similar setup except for the control panel, mine is more of a budget version compared to yours, no bells or whistles!!
Have you got to test it out yet?

a few brews ago I did my first lager beer, but what i didnt know was that my glass thermometer had a small bit of red alcohol stuck at the top so when I thought I was mashing at 68C it was really 72-73C, gravity readings were 1.052 down to 1.018, not as low as I hoped. have you got another...
I think you answered your own question there, those larger diameter sections wont be helping one bit. Have you done that for all four taps? and are they pouring the same?
if your going to do a mash out, you might want to have your water at boiling for the first bit. I need about 8-10lt of boiling water to get my mash up to 75c.
