Hey all,

Thought I'd put it out there, wondering if anyone is upgrading there taps to the new series of perlicks and looking at offloading there current ones

Or

If anyone was involved in any sort of bulk buy recently and never got around to using there stainless steel taps, I'm interested!

Really interested in the 525ss though

Pick up preferred but don't mind delivery!

Cheers all

I've got 3 x Perlick 545SS that i'm looking at offloading shortly as i've just upgraded (dunno if i'd call it an upgrade yet) to some Andale DA's. How many are you after as i would only be interested in selling all 3 together.

How are the levers on the taps you have? I'm going off a vague recollection here but weren't they the reasons the 600 series came out so quick?

Actually after 4 but would take the 3 at the right price

Shoot me a pm

I was thinking something along those lines but i wanted this gear before xmas

Perlick are forever updating their taps. From what I was told by the supplier, the 600-series feature two main differences:
  1. Steeper rake, less chance of prolonged dripping - some users found their 500-series taps dripped or leaked. Mine are pretty good, I just leave the glass under there for a minute to catch a couple of drips.
  2. Something to do with a change in design to prevent over-tightening of the lever nuts.
Cosmetically, they've changed the "P" logo on the front as well.
