Just posting my first thread - greetings to everyone.
I am making my first batch of wine and would like to know if you can re-use the screw caps, or always cork? Advice would be appreciated.

you can reuse them. Good idea to fill a spray bottle with alcohol and give them a squirt to help santise them before reusing them.

Don't boil them and don't soak them as the silver paper/fiol whatever it is peels up and make them near impossible to use. I ended up corking as a result of this.

Use a good no rinse sanitiser with a fair bit of contact time as the capsule will harbour plenty of nastys, I lost a bottle of red recently re-using these to bottle up some bulk wine. :(
