Which yeast?

Which yeast would be the best for a bit of an experimental brew?(for me anyway). SWMBO wanted something lite with a bit of flavour. Hope she like coriander/orange

56% Wheat
44% Pilsner
Hallertau Trad @ 60 - 18.5 IBU
Crushed coriander seeds and orange zest @10

I have Bry-97, S04, US05, Notto, 1272

Hi TVI,

Looks like your making a Belgian Witbier so why not add 10% rolled oats?

As for the yeast - I would go for a Belgian Witbier or my favourite for BW is Forbidden Fruit and fermenet at around 19/20c.

How many grams of coriander are you planning on?

Already in the cube so I will have to go with what I have. I was pretty conservative with only 10g of coriander and the same of fresh zest. The coriander smelt outstanding when crushed ... Forbidden fruit sounds interesting.

Try the belle saison. I know you dont list it but if you want something different y oull get it, and it will go with . what youve brewed mate
