What Would 100%munich Malt And Sazz To 25 Ibu Make

tony u have given me some ideas for my next brew i may do a dunkel now was planning a dopplebock or bock

I have one fermenting now that was made with about 65% munich 2 the rest pils and 1.6% Carafa Spec 11 for about 31 EBC. Light for a dunkel but within specs and how i wanted it. I mixed the munich 2 and pils to get a close aproximation to munich 1 which i dont have ATM.

After trying a dunkel brewed by goatherder that was All munich 11 with a bit of carafa Spec in it, i was hooked on the idea. So full of flavour but so simple.
