Thanks for the reply Trough Lolly, I'll have to search the links you mention. But as you've said yourself, 18000 hits from one search leaves a LOT of data to run thru. I think I spend enough time on this damn computer anyway (certainly SWMBO does), I was trying to find a quicker way, but doesn't appear to exist.

Dragging this one up again.
Was looking at the Amazon option and the UK are currently doing a package which includes "The Brewmasters Bible".
Is this one worth getting, or should I stick with Ray Daniels for the mo ?

ML... Haven't read through the whole topic but byo.com have a good guide on there for hops, yeast, and fermentables which i copied off there site... Certainly a good starting point.

Finally got a copy of that hop chart I was talking about, this is only a portion. If I'd scanned the whole thing it would have ended up too big to post. Even now, might upset a few people on dialup like me :unsure:
