What do you call this bit that holds the label on the font?

Hey there, in the process of collecting all the bits and pieces to build a keezer with some mates. We want to make up labels for each tap so everyone knows what's pouring. Does anyone know what the name is for this label holder thingy that sits on the font? Have spent all afternoon looking for them, have assumed they are just an add on that you can just clip/screw onto the tap or font, is that correct?

Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
