Yeah that does sound good actually. After you suggested it I jumped on Google translate and tried a few combos. I don't speak Italian so all the names I came up with were a bit of a mouthful. I think short a sweet would be best.

What do you think of "Po'di Rosso"? - Little Red.

Whew. All done. Managed to hit target FG by filling fermenter up to 24L. Hope it won't affect flavour or body too much.


Here's a look at the colour. Not sure it's red enough to warrant the name.

wait till its in a proper glass. its difficult to tell the final colour when its in a thin tube. trust me.
