Dunno how it will be, it smells amazing, but might be like eating an Anzac Buscuit, but i have just chucked the 60min hops into this as i wanted to use up my bag of Victory.

Victory Amber (American Amber Ale)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.050 (P): 12.4
Final Gravity (FG): 1.011 (P): 2.8
Alcohol (ABV): 5.17 %
Colour (SRM): 13.1 (EBC): 25.8
Bitterness (IBU): 31.4 (Average - No Chill Adjusted)

50% Pilsner
50% Victory

0.8 g/L Centennial (8.3% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Centennial (8.3% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
1.5 g/L Cascade (5.4% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)


Single step Infusion at 67C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20C with Safale US-05

The container i was storing the Victory malt in had feed grain in it before hand and i saw a moth in there the other week. Not a problem yet, but i don't want to leave it for months.
I'll definately be getting this grain again though, i just love the bicuit smell when i open the drum.
