Uv For Sanitiser

I'd say no as the coloured glass would knock out the UV light.

Even clear glass knocks out UV.

UV will kill whatever is in there, but won't remove it. UV works to sterilise after cleaning/sanitising. However, sanitising is sufficient for bottling.

They state that it kills DNA and funny enough it looks like they are working on Monika Lewinski's dress...
If you could fit it inside and have direct light onto the area you would have the results you require.
