I'm having a go at a mid strength beer from database but modified to suit what i have on hand.
simpson maris otter 4 kg pre packed and crushed plus other bits
I've never used vic secret before either but here is what i'm thinking.

approx. 3.5 %
 
Mmm Vic Secret. it's sooo good in a dry hop. How long is the boil? Have you got any oats laying around? I'd switch the wheat out for oats personally. Gives some good body to a middie.
