I saw something similar on /. a while back regarding a bar fridge conversion. I think it was an old sparc.

I love this one too. Keg Beer Fridge Hack.
This would be good to integrate into our keg fridges, but with maybe a little display on top of the fridge letting you know current levels. The number of times I think, yeah one more pint and bed-time only to get 100mls then an empty keg :angry:
