Greetings all,

Unfortunately I've left some of my xmas shopping a bit late.

I wanted to get my wife some Unibroue Ephemere Apple but can't get any locally (Perth) and beerstore.com.au aren't taking any more orders until 2 January 2008.

Can anyone suggest where I might get some online and who can deliver by the end of this week?

well, I finally got my four bottles from beerstore and it's quite a nice drop. Very reminiscent of Unibroue's Blanche de Chambly, but with a distinct apple nose and quite a dry mouth feeling after drinking which I presume is from the apple.

My wife picks up a slight minty feeling in the mouth, like after having a tic-tac or breath mint, which I think is from the coriander. Over all, it's quite a nice beer.
