Hi All,

I'm doing an extract brew tomorrow but having some trouble deciding on my hop additions!

So far I have

1.5kg Briess Golden Light
1.5kg Briess Bavarian Wheat
200gm LDME

Safale 05

Hops on hand

100gm Fuggles
100gm Centennial
100gm Amarillo

I was going on DrSmurtos Golden Ale but started reading about Whirlpool hops and reading about how good Centennial/Amarillo combinations are and now I'm all confused?

Any help would be great! ;-)

I just used Amarillo and Fuggles last brew, they definitely work well together and I don't see why a bit of Centennial would hurt!
I did additions @ 60, 45. 30. 10, 5 sliding gradually between Fuggles and Amarillo, smelt pretty on point in terms of hop combination

I'd go Amarillo and Centennial; love them.

60 min addition with either and then a combo of both at 10 mins and then again at 0 mins.

Fruity APA, nothing better as far as I'm concerned....

Leave the Fuggles for something English.

Amarillo is always a fav of mine to use. Great tasting :)

Ended up going with 15g of Centennial @ 60 and then 15g each of Amarillo and Centennial at 20 and 0mins. Smells good!

Sounds good - pretty close to Neill's Centennerillo Ale, haven't made it myself but it is one of the top recipes on AHB
